I found this monitor. I noticed that the resolution is 1200 I'm assuming that's better than the 1080. Will this monitor be good with a gtx760?

It'll be fine as long as you turn down/off the eyecandy that typically uses an inordinate amount of GPU power and vram.

Okay, think i found the one i want. Just a few questions. I currently have the Corsair cx500 power supply. Will that be enough to run the new gtx760 i'm getting and dual monitors?

That's not the greatest PSU in the world, but not the worst either. For a mid-range GPU like that, the standard recommendation is usually 500W PSU with at least 30 amps on the 12v rail. The CX500 fits that requirement. In theory, you'll be fine. Also, the monitors don't have any effect on PSU adequacy.

I'm sure the monitor is good. I've owned several ASUS monitors and had no problems with any of them.

Unfortunately the 760 is currently your best option at that budget. If it weren't for the current LTC/Altcoin mining frenzy, it would be a no brainer to look on ebay for a 7970 instead, or even a 7950 (which performs equal to a 760 but could be had for $200 before the frenzy), or a $299 280x. But since AMD cards are efficient miners, people are price-gouging on eBay because retailers can't keep them in stock. Anyone who just wants to game and is in the market for a video card doesn't really have much choice right now.

Response time is marketing. It is such a marginal percentage of the total milliseconds it takes for you to initiate a movement and see it on the screen. Input lag is the most important consideration. Response time is the amount of time it takes for your monitor to display the information it receives from your video card (how long it takes the pixels to change), while input lag is the amount of time it takes the monitor to actually receive that information in the first place. Higher response time can sometimes cause a blur/ghosting effect, but for some it's not even noticeable. I just looked up that ASUS monitor and it has extraordinarily low input lag, so that's good.

And of course, the higher refresh rate only matters if you are getting FPS above 60, which will require you to game at lower settings with that card. A lot of people much prefer the higher framerate/refresh rate benefits over visual quality. Bruce has a 144hz monitor and 2 7950s, and he still lowers his settings in BF4 for maximum framerate/smoothness.
