I'll definitely keep that one in mind, but I'm not sure that I'd want a blue switch. I'm looking on their site and can't find a red at that price.
ETA: The extra $20 or $30 won't be a big issue if they aren't selling it at that price because my parents are paying for it as Christmas gifts.

Hey guys, earlier i had posted about a monitor and a gpu. I decided to go with the gtx760. But, my gf has recently told me she wanted to get me the new monitor. I want to give her some options. Currently i am running an older Acer model that is 23" and is 1680x1050. I would like to stay in the 23" range and would like another acer. What model do yall recommend. Anything under $200 will be fine. Thanks.

I have an Acer P246HL 24" 1080p that I got for around 140ish. I think it's discontinued now but the one that replaced it is around the same price. It's okay, then one thing that I don't like is that you can't adjust the height.
This one looks perfect for you. It's about $15 over budget, but it would be $15 extra well spent.

Looks legit if you're looking for a plain ol' 1080p monitor. That rectangle base is ugly as frick though, but that would not deter me from buying it.

How so?
Hard straight lines are cleaner and modern.

I just don't know what i want to do now. She said i could get a monitor or she would buy me the ipad mini. What would yall do?

iPads are severely overrated IMO. Get a monitor and an inexpensive Android tablet for the same price as that POS iPad.

That is what i was thinking. Think i'm going with a monitor. I just want a good one to game on and ill slide my other over to run dual monitors. I don't even know how to do that but i want to. Haha i'm assuming i can right? Also, any other good monitors for the $200-300 price range?

Can you confirm if the enter key on the numpad doesn't work when you have num lock off? I may just get a full keyboard if I have to switch num lock on and off a lot to do certain things in games.

It's the other way around. Number lock off, enter works. With number lock off, it works just like a keyboard with a whole number pad. When number lock is on, it just toggles it to the "delete, print screen, arrow keys. I have actually gotten pretty quick at toggling it while I'm typing just to use the arrows, other than that number lock is always off.

Ok. Got any full-sized keyboards you could recommend then? I'd rather just have that instead of potentially dealing with any annoyances from having to switch numlock around during games.

It baffles me that you use the number pad for games. Full-size full mechanical keyboards are fricking expensive, unless you need/want it to be backlit you might want to look at something like this. Corsair k60
