When you install updated drivers do you guys uninstall the old first?

depends on the program. If just updating through catalyst or nvidia control panel it will automatically remove the old. Other hardware that doesn't get updated frequently I usually manually uninstall and install new.

In general, no, unless my current driver was giving me problems. Then I want to remove all traces of the old driver and start fresh.

Anyone have any experience with a SSHD (solid state hybrid drive)? Any thoughts on its overall performance?
Thinking about getting one for my laptop. 500GB is only $100. That model has a 8GB SSD Cache. Ive got a Kingston 120GB SSD in the laptop now, and i love the start up and read performance but I feel its just not enough space.

I could see it being beneficial in a laptop only. I am pretty uncomfortable having one hard drive just based on reliability.

From what I have read it's between an ssd and hdd in performance as you would expect. Prob not a bad investment.

Fckking can not get this 3770K stable @ 5.1. I can boot into windows but once a load is put on it.. BOOM goes the dynamite.

So I'm trying to make a new build and want to try and make it in the 700-800 range, I already have a video card (560 ti), power supply and hard drive. If yall could lead me in the right direction that would be awesome. It's been a long time since my last build, Core2Duo days.

I know you said you lucked out with that 3770k -- and I'm inclined to agree, based on other people's OC issues with Ivy Bridge. I'd say congrats on the 5.0, and also I would say you should stay below 1.5v to avoid CPU degradation, but it's not like you keep CPUs for that long
My 2600k needs that much voltage for 5.0 as well, and it's pretty typical of a 2600k. What board is this? What kind of Load Line Calibration settings does it allow? And Power Duty Control, Phase Control, Current Capability, etc? If those are already at max/extreme settings, you might have just hit another voltage wall.

I think my motherboard is limiting my GPU overclocking capabilities in crossfire. I could upgrade to 2011 now, or wait until Haswell. I'll probably do the latter, since that socket has more life left in it.

75-80 is usually my ceiling for any monitor I try OCing.
Eta: great job with the 75 though because I have had monitors not OC pass 65hz.
