I spent 3 hours in microcenter when I got the chance to visit one in Baltimore. Only bought a gaming mouse and some stubby screwdrivers though.

Haha yep I only bought an optical drive, extra data cable, and 5 cans of duster. 1.99 for duster. I buy the same kind for $5 a can at home

Those are all good SSD choices. Like I said, I'm probably the most irrationally biased when it comes to storage. I'm paranoid about the drives with Sandforce controllers because of the problems they had in the past, and many of them use the same controllers from back then. I know firmware updates have resolved that, but I'm pretty hardheaded. Same for HDDs. I'll only buy Western Digital now, since I've had 2 Seagates fail on me in the past 5 years and only 1 WD.

Really depends... Some games take up around 5gb of space and some can get upwards of 20gb-30gb (BF3 for example)

I only have a single 128gb ssd right now and I have civ, skyrim, bf3, borderlands 2, and CS:GO and I have 12gb of space left. I have no iTunes music, no MS office, only some hardware monitoring software, a few benchmarking tools, dxtory and maybe a few other small apps
