You went back into the bios and enabled legacy USB on both, correct? Are your front USB ports 2.0 or 3.0? If 3.0, have you installed the drivers for USB 3.0?

shite, really? Maybe that wasn't the right one, or maybe I gave it away already and dont remember. Or maybe I went too long without using it and the guy decided to redeem it. I'll keep looking to see if i wrote down another one, but now I'm not sure. Sorry about that...
