I’m not paying more than 20-30 over FE msrp. I can easily wait.
Rtx 3070 at 550+ doesn’t make sense when a rx 6800 is better. 6800 at 625+ doesn’t make sense since 6800xt is a big improvement. I can see on the upper cards as there is a huge jump in price.

Yall need to pay attention to Wal-Mart.
Almost nabbed a 5600x, but they've popped up today, and they're showing up every few hours.
Everyone's paying attention to BB, Newegg, and Amazon, but look at Wal-Mart's website (MAKE SURE its sold by Walmart.com) for CPUs and GPUs.

My 3080 should have arrived Sunday night, then Monday, then yesterday the tracker seem to not update.
Updated this morning and says arriving today.
I haven't been paying attention to anything gaming or pc, outside of linux and enterprise stuff..but holy hell, will CP2077 be a nightmare to run?
Getting better results with a VRAM or Core OC?

4K/80 for me (will dip in heavily populated areas) with a 3080/9900k

Putting any OC on it?
My experience from Witcher3 was VRAM OC. That was during the 980Ti days though.
Edt: Srry, no Pup-date, but new favorite thing. It is a baby. Nymeria trying to get into the pic though at the drive-in movie.
Edt2: The pup wasn't enough to get me sober, but this baby got me off my adderall addiction. It has been nearly 3months. The problem is, I'm too old to game without adderall. Playing CP2077 will be my first try back at gaming sober.

What are your settings?

You got a 60% keyboard?
Posted on 12/16/20 at 9:54 am to Devious
No, I'm old, have a full Ducky.
I want one though, just for gaming. I'm 100% at home atm, so use the main rig for work a lot because of the monitor setup and the full KB for numpad.

My 6800XT said Thursday then no tracking update at all yesterday before updating to Friday today.
2.6GHz OC is seeing 10-13% improvements in games putting it right there with a 3090, above in a few games.
Still considering a 6900XT if I go watercooling just to hit 3GHz OC's and blow away 3090s for fun. We'll see. Msrp only if I do that.

The 3080 was originally was scheduled for last Friday, but then delayed to Sunday. NP, Holidays.
But it seems to be "lost" or sitting in Memphis, TN or Gray, LA. I can't tell, I assume it is in Gray at its last stop before my home because it left Memphis 4 days ago, that is only a 1day transit during regular times.
It feels lost to me.
I want a 6800XT, will try for one or a 3090 once stocks come back. I'm not swimming in the flood atm to try and get one, it is last on my list.
Which did you purchase?

Ah yeah that's rare in my experience too. USPS it would make total sense.

That is why I feel as if it is lost.
Edt: I worked for UPS while in school. 2AM - 8AM loading trucks.
Paid like 8.15/hr back in 2005-2006. Worst job I've ever had, just because you work your arse off and always sick inhaling the dust from the boxes everyday.
Was the only thing that fit my class schedule for a long time.

Can population/character density be turned down like W3?
I'll crack everything and crack that all the way down.
I bet lights during night kills this game.

Me too! But for USPS. My grandfather owns a mail route so I'd go around about a 60 mile radius to multiple towns loading and unloading the mail from 3am-7amish. Some were kinda scary/creepy at 4am by yourself. This one post office in a tiny town you had to back in from a sketchy alley with meth heads all around.

Just grabbed a 5600x from Walmart! Should be here by the 31st.
Gonna use it to replace my 3600 in my Sentry case. Should be a bit cooler and uses lower TDP - 75 W at full load stock, compared to 88 W at full load stock on the 3600.
