Logitech with the 10/10 customer support.
Both my G403 and G603 wireless mice have gotten the broken scroll wheel, and Logitech is replacing both free of charge
They're even replacing the G403 with the G703 since they no longer keep the G403 in stock.
Edit: And they're letting me keep the two broken mice

When I take the back off of my case, it sort of pops off. To relieve bad cable management pressure.
