I think I found out why this dude sold me the motherboard as broken...
He had his BCLK multiplier (I assume he was trying OC a 3820?) at 130
I kept getting to the windows logo with the spinning wheel and it kept crashing, so first think I find in the bios was that. Now it's running perfectly
But for what I do, I basically run a high schools IT department

So true story...I finally found a Porsche I wanted and drive to the dealer today to buy it but they literally sold it an hour before I got there :(
