Lol, I get it. You want to say you have 4K.

I will call it shite 4K if that helps you.

Reminds me of the morons on the tech board with $400 Vizio "4K" TV's asking why it doesn't look much different.

We don't have the options like u think on PC. Some engines are just getting it added the last few months. And then it is limited. But this isn't the point.

Edt: also y do u confuse 2160p with display technologies?

Edt2: you do know play with HDR on sometimes. But this is never the point. The point to the Xbox person was that the claimed 4k is bullshite. Checkerboard overlaps aren't the same. Honestly the only ly game I've really felt a difference was Horizon Zero Dawn. But then again, I don't play many games.

I don't, I've been playing with my Pro and a high end loaded 4K TV for quite some time. I just know how much more it matters to have those 2 features to actually take advantage of 4K and make 4K shine.

Without them it isn't really anything special at all. So when you play games on console that are well optimized and virtually all are HDR for awhile now, you really see and get used to that difference. Even on PC the big triple A games all support HDR/10 bit now, AC Origins/Far Cry 5/Battlefront 2/CoD WW2 etc.

Even with HDR but no 10 bit/wide color gamut is terrible. Without the wide color gamut you can't take advantage of HDR really at all.

Agree. I know. Just stop talking about them as the same thing. It does and it doesn't.

But that wasn't the point of the response to the consoler.

You ever been to a Penguins game? I'll tell you when we are in Pitt next season. Let us meet up close to a bridge. Just to say hey! No need to worry

Yes, many years ago in the Igloo.

I may be in Pitt later this year for a Steelers game, I'll let you know.

I always avoid the Browns games but might actually go to a Browns/Pitt game this year just for Juice.

We did Green Bay thinking it would be a good game pre-Rodgers injury. Turned out to be a good game for all the wrong reasons.

Heinz and Pittsburgh are so damn nice during Christmas.

I went a Raiders game in Oakland last year, even the Browns would be an upgrade.

Yeah but try to make the trip worth something.

We planned on flying up for all the playoff games this past year. Simply because I thought it would be Ben's last year. But the SO wanted to go get a tumor which put her in the hospital for a week and 6week recovery. That bitch.

Edt: She had surgery the day after Christmas so that was also cool!

How come you like the Cardinals over the Pirates?

Who would anyone enjoy the Pirates? Roberto has been dead for quite some time.

I love the Steelers and Stros' but from SE Louisiana. Loving Pitt is a family thing and Stros' by default since they are the closest to the NO area. Plus great up during the Bagwell era. We all loved to make fun of that wide stance.

Cardinals are on another level if you're from MO. Extremely big Redbirds family, my grandma has the bird on the bat on her tombstone.

I'm not a Steelers fan, just going to possibly be in Pitt and would like to catch a game. Me and my brother and nephew travel to a Raiders road game each year as kind of our thing we started. 2016 went to Raiders @ Titans, last year went to Oakland before we move for Giants @ Raiders, and next year we've tentatively chosen Raiders @ Cardinals.

When I was little they were my brothers favorite team because he loved Mario, so I stayed with them. Blues aren't really very popular outside of STL and no one else in my entire family watches hockey at all.

Seems awfully bandwagon to be a Cardinals baseball/Pens hockey fan.
