I'll have your check mailed out today or tomorrow. Hopefully I can kick my soccer team out early from practice today to get it mailed
Sounds good.

So I have it together except the video cards, but it won't turn on. This is the first build where I haven't had it power up at least. The PSU doesn't come on so there is something wrong.

You sure you got the right stuff hooked up on the psu and mobo?

I think I do but something isn't right, I am not messing with it anymore tonight. I am going to try a different PSU that I know works tomorrow and go from there.

Post a pic of the back of the psu and how it's hooked up. Might be using the wrong rail.

So I've got a question as a newbie to PC building.
I bought my last rig pre-built, and it's 6 years old, but I've upgraded video cards, power supplies, and hard drives along the way. I'm not ready to buy an expensive rig right now, but I do need a little boost.
I currently have a Titan X. I need to upgrade motherboard, cpu, and ram. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd really like to keep this around $500.

Your best bet is to save a little more and go with the 8700K

How are you trying to power the PSU? Just with the power button on the case? Because obviously check if the power button header is connected properly.
If power switch is fine, check RAM seating. Try running with two sticks.
Try running the PSU by itself with paperclip.

Is that compatible with the Titan X?

Video card compatibility isnt a problem these days. You're good to go

Try plugging a 1060 into an X58 or P67 mainboard and get back to me. ;)

I tried the MOBO power button as well.
I didn't do a lot of trouble shooting, I spent about 4 hours putting it together and tried a couple things, but at that point I was done for the night. I will start serious trouble shooting tonight.

No standoffs on the MOBO, I had never had to use them in the past.
Windows installing now.

I have another intake fan to install, the Muskin to format, then get the cooler and MOBO software to install so I can control all the RGB in this thing. I have to clean up the cables in the back and then swap over the 1080 ti cards.
