Ayy. I'm keeping my eye out for the AIB's. Should be a gem for us freesync users or those who are looking for one. Hopefully they can get up to 1600 mhz or so with a good oc. to make it more worthwhile for fury/x users.

The 64, eh, not so much.

The bundle is a terrible value though. $599 is where that liquid needs to be even with the bundle

Air 64 is $499. Air 1080tis are 699 and up so quite a big difference

Depends, if you want to upgrade your CPU the discount on a 1700X combo is solid.

I will be buying Wolfenstein 2 and it's my most anticipated game this fall so getting it for free instead of paying $60 is also nice.

Right, because it is most expensive. Air is the main comparison and what sells though so that is what really matters and it's significantly cheaper and thus is not competing with it really at all.

Yeah since I missed out on the liquid version by the time they are back in stock the AIB's will be out and I'll probably just go with one of them too.

The drivers are apparently a mess right now, bunch of issues. Hopefully by then those will be ironed out as well.

I'm not one holding out on miracle drivers, but something does seem very wrong.

Either something's not working on a software level or something is broken on the hardware level and we'll have to wait until a refresh to fix it. If it ever does. Vega is clocked 50+ percent faster, but only 30% more performance...

Why the huge IPC loss?

I'm really looking forward to this card.

Went ahead and ordered a 1080ti ftw3.

frick it, got tired of waiting.

Doubt I'll need freesync with that card anyways @1440p with the buffering and performance shouldn't really dip below 60...

@ 1440 you should be good, @ 2160 you will need a 2nd one.

Ya. thought so.

The 56v is limited to 300w tbp. That's no bueno comming from a fury. The reports of mining at power saving settings being good just sealed it. No point in even trying to get this card even if AMD could make up grounds some on drivers.

We're going back the tahiti chip days it looks like. So much potential, such shitty drivers

Not saying they would catch up or anything. Just saying at best case scenario it wouldn't matter.

Late edit: You forgot the "even if" before it.

Its the same arch basically. Drivers wont give us that 7970 driver boost.

Stop being UH, you know better.

Woo, my 4770k @4ghz bottlenecks this thing at times.

Still not bad considering the thing was only running @ 94-97 % most of the time.

3d mark

The worst offender is No Man's Sky when entering the planet's atmosphere. FPS is 120ish, but gpu usage is only 80ish %. At least it's smooth, doe. R9 was stuttery as frick during that time going anywhere from 38-50 fps. Well not stuttery, but microfreezing.

CPU usage is high during those, doe. Can hit 96% usage. =/

'Bout that time to overclock further and do a fresh install. Physics score dropped roughly 10% since last time.

Not really now. AMD is lacking far behind geometry rendering.

Although, the Vega mining well at low power levels appears to be false. Although they did release a block chain driver recently. Will be interesting to see what people can do with it. Hopefully for us gamers, it doesn't work out that well.

Yeah idk what blue is talking about.

No one is shttting on it but to say this thing has potential, it doesn't. We had this discussion with the launch and rumors of the VEGA FE launch.

When he was hit by the van, Bruno was holding his 5-year-old son Alessandro's hand. His son was yanked away to safety by his mother, who had their 7-month-old daughter, Aria, strapped to her chest when the van struck.
