it gets easier. I am gunning through the flight training with Franklin right now.

flying the planes are pretty easy to me

My only issue is vehicle damage, it was more "realistic" in 4. And it's like vice city in repetitive cars.

My problem is I'll complete a mission and where it ends, there will be some Freaks side mission or something else and "Well, I'll knock that out since I'm here." Then the end of that puts me close to another side mission "Well, I'll knock that out since I'm here."
Next thing I know I'm so far away from the next primary mission on the map I just screw around

I really disagree with this. The cars in 4 would run until they caught on fire and blew up. Cars in V will just stop running sometimes if they are wrecked too much. Tire actually get bent inwards if you hit a wall just right, making the car un steerable
They made shooting tired out more difficult I will say that. But in 4, you could drive a car until it just blew up basically. Not all cars just explode after enough damage

I'm talking about when you're driving a decent speed and hit a wall head on, then have minimal damage to the front. Or when you hit another car, other than that it's all good. I'm nitpicking.

Ahh I see. Yea I've noticed head on collisions actually tend to do the least damage. I frick my car up most when I hit it right on the tire. Always bends it in and makes it useless at that point

I was going to one mission where I was getting so pissed. I think I totalled 20 cars on the way to the mission where the wheel bent in. Stole a truck with a boat on the back and got the trailer some how stuck on a pole. I try to only fly the chopper to missions now

I was getting shot at while driving and I thought my tire was on fire. Turns out it was gas tank and my car exploded shortly after that.

I finally stole the fighter jet but the engine was damaged and it died before I was able to land it at the airport. :(

I am struggling to find missions. Everyone I call is busy or I get the voice mail. It shows that I have two missions available for Franklin and Michael but there are no notifications on the map to give me a location. The most recent mission I did was *beginning of the game spoiler* racing against that chick on foot throughout the beach with Michael, and the last towing mission to help that cracked out whore with Franklin.

Last night I started the cult mission. they kicked Michael in the balls and knocked him out, I woke up groggy with only underwear and tshirt on. So I jack a truck to go buy some clothes at the nearest store. It's starting to turn night so I pull up on some abandoned van in the middle of a dirt road. Hopped out to take a look and got hit with something, sleeping dart maybe and all I heard was "ain't you a pretty one" or something. Woke up on the train tracks with a train bearing down on me, this time only in my underwear. I think Michael got deliverance'd.
