I believe you can only recruit your side of the ball and you are limited in the number of recruits you can target at a time

That must have been a change from 12/13 because I distinctly remember only being able to coach and recruit on offense in those editions because I started as an OC.

I want to get NCAA, so is the PS5 worth the extra $230 vs getting Xbox series S? Not sure if I will play any other game but will want to play online (is there cross platform now?). Last console I bought was a PS3, so I really don't know to expect

Meh. I think most people already know what Ultimate Team is. Honestly, it’s probably more interesting for college than it is for Madden.
Having the dynasty deep dive first and making it obvious that it was THE priority with tons of depth bought them tons of goodwill.

I understand that EA is a business and UT makes a TON of money. As long as they don't abandon Dynasty for the moneymaker, I have no issue with UT existing. Secure the bag, by all means.
I just don't play UT and don't spend money on that mode so I will get very upset if they start marginalizing the Dynasty-only players.

Yeah Madden’s problem is they’ve focused almost entirely on Ultimate Team at the expense of pretty much every other game mode
I just don’t see the allure of spending real money or grinding my absolute arse off every single year for practically the same cards. But to each their own

Honestly, this is the only time I've ever been somewhat excited for Ultimate Team or any card game on sports video games if they do it properly and incorporate a lot of college football and NCAA Football video game legends

Agreed, I'm gonna mark out when I pull that 2008 Pat White card

Hopefully we see some decent gangtackles. None of the short gameplay clips we have seen so far has shown a gang tackle.
