I need someone to answer some noob questions. I don’t play but I’ll watch some pros on twitch at night before I go to bed.
1. What’s up with the map? I remember on early COD games you picked a map and went around killing the other team. Now it seems like you drop to a place on a huge map and then you have to go searching for the other team? Is that correct? Seems like the gameplay is more of search and destroy than everyone get in a small map and rack up as many kills as you can.
2. So if you die once you go to the area where you fight another player to see who gets to return to the game?

What you’re watching is the Battle Royale mode called Warzone.

You’re looking at the free to play portion, Warzone which is somewhat like Fortnite, Apex, etc. The standard CoD multiplayer still exists though.

There is/was a glitch that makes the dot show up on the kill cam. He did not see you on the heartbeat, just looks like it on the replay. Not sure if they fixed it or not but a lot of people thought ghost was broken for awhile due to this.

Ok. That makes sense.
We ran across a glitch last night that I've never seen before. I was picking up a teammate and he got thirsted mid rez. I was able to run out, but when I did I had no arms. Couldn't shoot, couldn't even see my gun, couldn't melee. I was strictly arms and a body. So I just became a decoy and ran out towards another team. Ran right up on a guy and he dropped me, but my teammate killed their entire squad, picked me up, and the game was then back to normal. We went on to win that game.

I had a glitch happen yesterday where I got killed and then I was just stuck in space free falling. I could float with the parachute and cut it and I just kept falling.

Nerf the amount of rpg ammo that can be held or buff trophy systems plz.
Also the trios classic mode is a nice change of pace. Not sure how I feel about heartbeat sensors being left in it though.

I don't use RPGs often, but I don't mind them. Its one of the only good defenses against a car, and against people pinned up in a house. If I die because I'm camping from an RPG, or riding around like a moron, then that's on me.

Server maintenance. So once this comes back I'm sure the servers will act like garbage. I've had some really weird stuff happen the past few days.

It’s been telling me the maintenance estimated wait time is one minute and 47 seconds for like 10 minutes.

I don't really mind rpgs but seeing a squad with 4 rpgs spamming rockets over and over from a house is pretty triggering.
I think it's 6+1 in the chamber that you can have, right? Cut that down to 3+1. Still a reasonable amount that you can carry and a player can still get his rpg spam fix in without being ridiculous.

Mine said 1 minute, and I was able to play again after about 5. Now they are up again and showing 13 minutes.
