Yes. As long as your speech is suffecient, the items you make more than cover your cost of soul gems.
There are also several in the college of winterhold you can just take every 2 days.

Since morrowind they keep neutralizing enchanting. The constant effect enchants from Morrowind were godlike beastly. Then they made them much weaker in Oblivion and now it appears they have made them even weaker in Skyrim.

Levels the shite out of alteration first of all. But it turns iron ore into silver ore, then silver ore to gold ore. Smelt the ore to make ignot, smith gold rings/necklaces, enchant them, and profit.
You can mine the iron ore, or just buy it for pretty cheap.
Spell is in halted stream camp.

I was in Riften last night. There's no one merchant with 3000 gold, but instead there are 4-5 merchants with a good bit of gold. Just make sure it's daytime so the marketplace is open.

My biggest problem with transmute is that it targets the silver ore in your inventory first, then the iron ore.. I wish it would prioritize iron to silver as sometimes I want large quantities of silver and have to just to a sequence of transmute iron ore, drop silver ore on ground, transmute iron ore etc.. then pick up the pile of silver on the ground.

I don't think you can.. but there are certain gems that I need silver rather than gold to use in jewelry.. and as I have about 30 amethysts and probably more garnets that only use silver ingots..

In the same city you got the Sanguine Rose, you can walk a little ways down the right side of the stream in the middle and run across people talking about a haunted house. Do that quest and you get a mace that traps souls.

Yeah, that weapon. If you increase your smithing enough it does a ridiculous amount of damage. I haven't fully upgraded it and it still does over 40 damage plus its effects are powerful as well.

Finally decided to enchant my dragon armor and it does piss me off a bit that we cant enchant whatever we want on each item.
Maybe that should be a perk.

This probably stems from people enchanting the 5 armor sets from Oblivion, 20% cameleon on each piece was how to have a good time

I'm rocking dragon light armor. Half has sneak, half has archery. Sword and bow are glass. Both have 20 fire damage.
