I just finished the main quest for the first time. I have thieves guild, assasains and companion story lines? What else is worth doing now?
Also what is the best way to up lvl up smithing? I have been buying ore making daggers and enchanting them. I'm about 60 but I want to make dragon arm as fast as possible. Is there a faster way?

Daggers are the fastest way. fast travel between white run and solitude making as many as you can. Stoping at the fletcher there every time to try and get banish enchantment. then when all your smithing is done you will be one rich dude.

That's really the best/easiest way to do it. Iron daggers-->Paralyze/turn undead (even petty)-->Sell dagger & buy ore/ignot for more daggers.
Levels smithing, speech, and enchanting.
I'd also suggest finding the transmute spell. Can turn iron ore into gold ore, then smith jewelry and enchant with sneak/archery for big $$$.
Levels alteration to.

Where do I find higher rated spells? I am still stuck with apprentice, adept level spells.
Mostly destruction is what i am looking for, but other types would be nice to know as well.

The mages at winterhold (and court mages) will add higher level spells as your level reaches 25,50,75,100. Everything except the master spells will be available for purchase as soon as you reach that number.
Destruction magic master spells are available at 100. Take a book "The power of elements" from the destro mage at winerhold. Bring it to three different pedestals throughout skyrim and cast a destro spell on it, and your master spells appear in the book. They are AWESOME!!!!!!
