They do not exist. Anyways yeah, the Soldiers have a bad habit of telling me that I am the new initiate to (insert guild). Usually a sword to the face corrects their insolence.

Not all of my weapons racks work. Also, my skull of corruption will not display on anything. I find it on the floor every time I come back.

weapon rack in the upstairs of Windhelm house will not work at all for me
Also I can't put Wulthraad axe in any weapon rack. It flies across the room when I hit A to put it in the rack

It is recommended that you create a new save file just before buying a house. Then after buying you immediately check out all the weapon racks and book shelves. If some don't work, try re-loading your save file and buyin it over again. I had that problem buying the house in Markarth. One re-load is all it took for me.

Supposedly the new patch for 360 that came out yesterday fixed those issues (not sure if the patch was on PS3 or not).

I had to stop playing due to the resistance bug. Hope its fixed.

What's the resistance bug? Have seen it brought up a few times but missed where it was explained.

After the last patch, all resistances disappeared entirely. It sucked a lot.

Pretty much the game isn't calculating any magic resistance so people are getting fricking owned by mages, dragons, and other magic.

My nord has base 50% frost resistance
Resistance potions
Resistance enchants
Resist gear etc
And id basically get 1 shot by any frost spell.

Yeah, I first noticed the issue when I faced my first frost dragon after the 1.2 patch. 2 breaths and I was dead. Just sat there unsure about what had just happened.

I think so. It is fixed in the 1.3 patch though.

A little aside
I suppose I am lucky that I didn't play the other Elder Scroll games much
It seems as I go and check out other Skyrim Forums they are mainly a bunch of whining folks bitching about what Skyrim isn't in relation to the other Elder Scroll games.
I guess I compare it to the Fallout3 and F:NV games and Skyrim is the best game of it's type that I've played
