I agree with the accidentally picking somthing up and automatically getting arrested.
This can't be true. How stupid is that? There should be some sort of timer associated with picking items up.

In Oblivion if you accidentally pick up something in a bar or someones house and they saw you do it, go to jail go directly to jail, even if you dropped it.

I would always just reload the autosave when that happened.

Dragon Age Origins was,IMO, better than Oblivion.
It didn't have the open world but the game, particularly the story line, put Oblivion to shame.
Dragon Age 2, however, was, is and always be, a POS.

Dragon Age 2 was easily the most disappointing game of the year.

You're getting your copy today? Do you work at a retailer?

Has to be something special if JAE can actually play it. A copy right now is worthless unless you can unlock it. Everything I just said is mute if it's for the console.
Yes mute was intentional, calm down.

I still haven't finished that game. I got to the final battle and just didn't play it anymore

Loot is in general also scaled to the territory's encounter level, but some items were hand-placed
This has me excited. I love discovering those unique items not Daedric sword #1,000.

Dragon Age Origins was,IMO, better than Oblivion.
Problem is that if you sell EVERY item to him which makes sense to get the most gold, the game crashes in the last act with ALL saves corrupting.
I liked Dragon Age lots but it had plenty of flaws.
I didn't even bother getting DA2 because it was apparent by the quick turnaround that it would be a steamer.

Man I don't have the time for all of these games. I just picked up BF3, will be picking up MW3 and KotOR, and now this game has serious potential too.

I liked Origins a lot, and still played DA2.. wasn't as good but I definitely still enjoyed it.

I really liked Origins for awhile. The combat was a bit too MMORPG like for my tastes though. I never finished through it. I read enough on Dragon Age 2 to know that the developers just breezed through it and made an inferior product so I never bothered. Except for a vaguely similar setting these games are nothing like Oblivion.
The guard issue isn't all that bad as people are describing. If you steal something and no one sees you, you're off the hook. You can rob an entire house or kill someone inside and step outside and wave to a guard with no problems. Yes, as soon as one busts you the whole town comes running, but that's reasonable.

That's when you either haul arse or commence to kicking arse. Well actually, how will this system work? Will you go to jail and have to pay a fine (for murder)?

I always imagined that being what you looked like. And still,
.
You seriously have no idea how bad I want to play this game.

That's what I chose in Oblivion. It was pretty legit with the night vision. I'll probably choose something different this time around though.

I think I accidentally left his name as prisoner FML and I'm not starting over either lol.
