That McCree and 76 update basically renders pharrah useless now. 50% min damage makes 76 tear her apart.

It's sad, I used to obliterate McCree players without much effort unless they were good. Now they don't need to be good, can just sit pretty far away.
Did have to step up my game on using the pulse to get to McCree faster (what I would usually do for Soldier) to get the two rocket kill.

The more I play this game, the more I realize it suffers the same major flaw that LoL suffers....insanely bad matchmaking.
Feels like a great majority of games are just arse rapings. Only mystery is what side you'll be on.

Yeah, it sucks. Even with a good team composition, you get mowed down a lot of times. I play FFA sometimes, just so I don't have to count on anyone else.

Started playing competitive recently.
Apparently when someone on your team leaves you are forced to play the remainder of the match 5v6. You either get a loss direct or get one for leaving after 2 mins.
What kind of dumb shite is that?
ETA: Just played my 2nd one today..another leaver in the first round after we dominate...forced to take a 2nd loss. Why does Blizzard think this system is a good way to deal with leavers in ranked?
Down 120 points in two games because some asshat leaves.

Really wantOW to be fun. Super well made, cool concept, runs fantastically. but yeah the match making, throwers, smurfs, super team dependent system just breeds a never ending loop of crap. Maybe 1 out of 10 games are decent, MAYBE. Game is a disease.

Gotta say I agree. I just started comp in the last couple of weeks. I've had one or more people leave in probably 4 out of 10 games, and my SR has taken a nosedive.

this is partially why i was looking for a way out. i almost hit master and was a mid-Diamond for the last few seasons before quitting. even at that level, you still had leavers.
best thing to do is run with a group of 3 or 4. that allows you to have a cohesive team, while also allowing you to avoid the try-hard 6 stacks that you face when running with a whole squad

Same - I stopped doing competitive except enough matches to get the points for the season. I honestly don't care where it lands me.
I'll play the Arcade mode for the loot boxes (I think I have 51, opened 10 before to see if any Hammond stuff dropped, then saved back up over 50), then play custom games. Fun ones are boss mode games (if done right, a lot of people try to tweak it too much and break it in one direction or the other) and some of the 500% games for lols.

I don't bother with QP. Arcade and custom modes are 1000% more fun.
