Forking internet. I have at least 15% packet loss right now, isp is coming to fix it tomorrow. 
They better figure out the server Qs quick or they will take a huge hit, I just saw 1 hour and 55 minute Qs for some servers and almost all servers had Qs, and the game hasn't even hit full release.

I got pissed at ATT earlier, I was running 6mbs slower than I should've been. Got December Internet free though.

Can't complain with Century Link, the tech stayed on the phone with me for 35 minutes to figure it out, very nice, and scheduled the repair for the next day.

Just pre-ordered online.
Now it's asking for the answer to a security question that I didn't set.
From reading the boards a lot of people have been having issues with this thing. Been on hold for about 30 minutes. There's a pleasant Ewan McGregor-like voice that keeps telling me my call is important to them.

How do you test for this and how did you get them to reimburse you (ie prove it)?
Speedtest is showing my download speed at 1.68 Mbps when I have Cox Preferred "up to 18 Mbps"
I feel like I'm getting fricked. What to do?
