Never seen a Doduo.

Found a little 1/4 mile park with 8 stops on the trail in town. My wife actually enjoys the walk so we may be regulating there.
Caught some majicaprs I didn't have.
500+ slowpoke that got away.
595 Ponyta which is also new.
I did get a 401 evee which is my highest and a 380 one so I'll hopefully get into the 1k club soon. Made lvl 15 so they're getting higher finally.

Why do some gyms only have a couple of hosts but you can't add even though it's your team? How can I make it to where you can add? I've seen gyms with like 6 people holding it down...

The gym has to level up for you to add one. Train there to get its prestige up and then you can leave one there.

I've only had one so far @ lvl 15. Maybe they're at a higher level.

I'm at level 22 and have only had one 10k egg. I think they randomly drop on rare occasions at Pokestops so it's pure luck.
I got a Dratini with mine, which by itself is kind of shitty relative to what you can get in the 10k eggs, but it also came with 25 candy which helped me to evolve it into a Dragonite.

See that's badass, hell even a Lapras or Snorlax would have been better than Electabuzz

With the way things are going, I find it highly unlikely I'll find a high level evee.
I'm only level 9, but I absolutely cannot find anything outside the trash rats and birds. Exception being an egg that turned into a 197 Clefairy and 180 Scyther I happened upon last week.
Other than that, my only high levels are Pidgeot, Venomoth and Raticate because that's all I ever ran into and could evolve.
Power went out at 6 this evening and just came back on. I I drove around town and had been sitting at pokestops with lures on them and still couldn't get anything decent.

It takes 500k to get to level 31 so the grind becomes hell at higher levels.

Not reading through the whole thread, but I love learning tips I don't know so I thought i'd share some that i have.
You can force your eevee into whatever evolution you want. Name it Pyro, Sparky, or Rainer before evolving it.
Pyro = Flareon, Rainer = Vaporeon, Sparky = Jolteon
You can also see how close to max CP you are. The white semi-circle over the pokemon. That percentage stays when you evolve it, I believe. So max that out before evolving.
Something else I didn't know, don't just tap the shite out of a pokemon when you're battling. Tap a bunch until the blue bar fills up, then tap and hold for a second. Never fricking knew this.
