Don't bother looking if you are on a street. I think it's smart enough not to spawn pokes in or near a road.

Seems like the servers can go down and then nothing will spawn...but your character is still in the world. Happening to me right now.

If you force close the app and try to relogin.. you will either be told you can't or should get fresh spawns.

I heard they only have one server for the whole United States and that's a major reason why it sucks. I don't think they understand that Pokemon still sales like crazy and is one of the biggest games of all time.

How do I catch a pokemon? I walk right where they are kicking up grass where it says they are but they won't come up ok my phone.

I believe you just tap on the grass and they pop out, but I haven't encountered any in the grass so I don't know for sure.
