The other thread was about the Prelude and dying.
I started playing on Xbone yesterday - after a full night to download the damn game - and I am underwhelmed. I don't notice much difference other than the lame "block party" in MyCareer. The story is so stupid. I don't play blacktop so I can't say much about that. The graphics and pregame show are exactly the same. I'm not too excited.

I pre-ordered it made my first guy a sharp/creator then as soon as i hit 87 he got deleted. So I made a pure sharp and its a literal cheat code in the park and pro am. Kinda disappointed they didn't tune down the shooting at all.

Highly recommend finding a few friends and playing in the park. Start to learn each other's tendencies, play some solid defense, and take good shots.

Having grinded my arse off with the past few 2k's I'm having a difficult time getting up to do it with this one. :/

That's why I went with the Legend Edition. First, I just can't grind in video games anymore which is also why I don't get far in RPG games now. Second, I just don't have the time to focus that much on one game. It's easier just to get discounted VC and run with it

has anyone played the Nintendo version yet? I've read several reviews that were disappointing, but the bugs seemed to be relegated to the mycareer mode, which I have no interest in playing (got bored with the shitty Frequency Vibrations bullshite from a previous version). I'm strictly an offline franchise player.

if there is a serious grind involved in a game, I get it for PC so I can cheat past all that.

I have Switch 2k. I'm absolutely enamored by it. I lay in bed and play franchise mode. It has me so excited for FIFA as well.
Cutscenes are a bitch in undocked mode. Really laggy and unresponsive, but gameplay is buttery smooth (though only 30 fps).

I'm pretty sure my game already has a bug on Xbone. When I pull out my character's cell phone and click calendar, the game crashes. Happened twice. I didn't want to try it a third time.

This legitimately might be the best 2k made so far, but the pay to win model they’ve turned it into is ruining it.

As I mentioned in re other thread, the shooting is really screwed up. "Good" shots don't go in but "slightly" shots do.

I'm a 64 lol. I suck. I guess I should be going to the practice facility more, but it takes so long. I just want to play and brick 3s all game long when getting good releases on my shots

I've only played one game so far, but I'm a 6'6" shot creating/playmaking SG on the Thunder, as if they needed another one, but I'm slotting right in perfectly over Andre Roberson. Put me in as a backup PG as well, so I got Shammy Wells on the second team to dish it to
