Yea Afreeca sucked during the summer split and the round of groups. They obviously have the talent.

There were years in the beginning of C9 when they stormed the scene and were virtually unbeatable. I remember one split in the old format they went 30-3. And still in the new worlds format C9 is the only NA team to advance to knockouts at worlds, and theyve done so like 4 times in a row.

I've been here since then. And the only time C9 was ever a 1 seed at world's is when those 1 seeds skipped groups.

If C9 defeats Afreeca tonight, is this the best Worlds ever? Look for Afreeca to ban Zilean from Jensen and Lee Sin from Sven. Jensen and Licorice have to come to play tonight.

C9 beating Afreeca is not a lock, but definitely doable. This could be the first time since season 1 that an LCK team isn't in the finals. So actually ever.
