Really questioning the decision making from Clutch Gaming at the end of the game. They gave away 2 inhibs while they had the Elder dragon and then of course they have to force the fight on the 3rd inhib so I dont know why you dont go ahead and risk the season on a fight with Elder Dragon

Didn’t Febi use a Shockwave on one person during one of their early Elder defenses?

That kinda fricked CG’s defense. The Elder was probably gone before it came back.

Am I the only one that judges a team based upon the team chants in the crowd. I have no reason to dislike 100 thieves, except for the fan chants.

Doublelift's brother murdered his mom with a knife and his dad is alive recovering in serious condition.

Wow.

LATimes article

DL's statement:

Regarding the recent news

This weekend I received some terrible news. My older brother attacked both of my parents with a knife. As a result of this attack, my mom passed away and my dad was seriously hurt and is now recovering in hospital.

I'm still processing this news and joining up with my dad and little brother to make sure they're ok and the proper arrangements are being made. I'll likely be quiet on social media while I work through this. I hope you all understand and support me as you always have in the past.

-DL

Rush was interviewed about his time in NA, on C9 and now his time back in Korea.

One of the questions stuck out to me as I was reading. Immediately made me think of TSM and their internal struggle as a team.

quote:

Q. You’re back in Korea now. How is it different from NA as a player?

There’s not that much hierarchy in NA compared to Korea. The coaches and players are like the same, and the head coach doesn’t reign over us much; it’s a rather horizontal relation. There’s the advantage of anyone being able to say what they want to say, but at the same time, the individualism and lack of leadership becomes a weakness. There’s no one in charge that can correct mistakes or set a good example as a leader.

In Korea, it’s really systematic. The practice environment is consistent, and there’s someone to arbitrate when there are conflicts of opinion. In the US, they have to solve everything on their own when there are problems, but in Korea, the coaches and staff, everybody helps with my personal problems so I can concentrate more on my game.

I still think Bjerg's inability to listen to his teammates consistently and unwillingness to back his ego off a bit is one of the reasons TSM falters like they do.

KTR 3-1 over SKT. Pretty clean wins, not a very close series.
