Drewbie, I normally disagree with you, and we have had our fair share of spats back in the day on SEC Rant about baseball, but the statement you made is 100% accurate. Fact is, he is both, a troll and stupid.

He fails to mention that C9 beat Astralis, G2, SK, and Faze (#1 Team in the world right now) in the major all in BO3s. If he had an actual understanding of the game, he would realize it’s not luck. You don’t just luck into beating 4 of the best teams in the world especially in BO3, I could easily see a BO1 being luck, but not a BO3.

While he thinks that Liquid is going to be the new #1, it won’t happen anytime soon. Once the honeymoon period is over, they will realize that they are about as good as they were with Stan and JDM.

Let it be known, that I’m a Liquid fan and a fan of NA CS in general. The most important issue with Liquid is the lack of a true awper. Nitro is not a true awp player, he isn’t even top 20 in the world. You have to have a solid awper to be successful in CS. Look at all the great teams in the past, and the one thing they have in common is a great awp.

Faze - Guardian
Navi - Simple
Fnatic - JW
G2 - KennyS
Astralis - Device
Optic - Mixwell
VP - Snax/Pasha
Liquid - Nitro?

One of these is not like the other.

The other issue is Steel. He is not that good of a player. His strats are solid, but once teams sit down and figure out what they are doing, they will be exposed and it will be back to the drawing board for them.

Just like I said 3 months ago, Liquid would go only as far as JDM would take them, and now he isn’t on the team. The same applies to Nitro, who is actually a worse awper than JDM. If I were them, I would go after Mixwell and drop Steel. Nitro can call strats and happens to be a solid rifler.

TSM didn't have a CSGO team when I started following CSGO. By the time Regi bought Dig I had already been rooting for seangares, freakazoid, shroud, ska, and n0thing for nearly 2 years. I watched C9 choke away beating #1 Fnatic at a major on Dust 2 live. Nothing coat tail riding about any of it. I obviously kept up with the scene enough to know you were out of your fricking mind to ever think that liquid roster was better.

About as crushing as their suns out guns out theme that summer . They were all in wife beaters and shite.

Just like I said yesterday, one of the big problems with Liquid is the lack of a true awper. That got exposed against Astralis today. Nitro was atrocious against one of the worlds best. Nitro had a whopping 24 frags across 3 maps.

Losers bracket showdown! Why would I care when TL swept C9 to send them to the losers bracket? Dumbass.
