Why? My assumptions based on my own perceptions are correct up to this point. You're the one shocked and baffled that the godly LGD team that has accomplished nothing but getting their asses handed to them by an NA team the past few months is struggling against a legit Chinese team. The fact that you're using a preseason power ranking based on nothing but hype as your basis of "proof" is hilarious. Look at recent results.

Oh I am far from the only one shocked the top 2 LPL teams are 0-2.
Wanna bet that one of those 2 still win the LPL? Or are your Week 1 overractions just that, an overreaction?

That is quite an assumption, I didn't tell you anything about my basis. I offered you something so you don't look dumb trying to talk about it calling heavily favorited teams "trash" Week 1.

Again, preseason. Those events mean very little. Especially amid roster changes for nearly every team.
Hell LGD didn't even have MaRin at IEM, quite a player to not have to base anything for the team off of. TBQ played vs TSM too.

You keep saying TSM 4 day old roster, when LGD didn't even have their roster set and actually had less of their current roster than TSM did. Especially when one of those is regarded as the best in the world at his role.
That outcome means about as much as a preseason NFL game.

Acorn as the head coach is a good move as well.

I'm not taking EDG. They have a history of success and a solid structure. I never once commented on EDG which is why making that bet was stupid in the first place. I never discounted EDG.

Vici Gaming with easyhoon looks strong and fireloli of edg is terrible. Edg won't play him again I imagine.
Interesting that almost everyone runs Swifty boots now.
Regarding dynamic queue..I think everyone on this forum will enjoy it because we all have friends now to queue ad 4 or 5 with.
For ppl with no friends it must suck. In theory it shouldn't match you vs so pre-made 5 if u are 1 person but I'm sure it will happen
Also the primary/secondary role stuff is a double edged sword. One trick or one role ponies will HAVE to learn a 2nd role or they will be dodging a lot.
I can play 3 roles decent so I don't mind but I can see it frustrating and of ppl
All in all I like what riot has done and season 6 looks exciting

Right, I was talking about both and you chimed in on LGD alone and altered the bet.
I literally said that of the two Week 1 0-2 teams, one of them would still win the LPL. 2 teams versus field is still better odds for you, especially discounting LGD already it's essentially 1 team vs field.

I was watching Geranimo earlier and he was duoing with Clyde, it gave him mid lane (2nd choice) and Clyde support like he wanted.
Gera tells the guy that got adc he is duo and wants adc still, guy says no I got it, but gera was 1st pick, so he took adc anyways. Somehow they still won, but that could be a problem going forward. Especially with trolls in lower elo, don't get what you want but higher pick order? Take it anyways since it is still pick order to pick your champion.
Queue times in high elo are also 30 minutes and pros are constantly being put together against D1/D2 players and steamrolling them getting a grand total of 1LP.

yea, the system is fricked up bad for high elo people. Still will be a lot of trolls in champ select too im sure. Altho picking outside of your 'assigned role' is reportable.
I mean you can still go Jarvan IV/Xinzhao bot. that's not trolling or reportable. But if you are assigned top, but just go mid anyways and duo lane , that is reportable.
seems to me the best way to get your role is to set Mid as your secondary. The system wants to match you the FASTEST, not the most ideal.
if your main role is Mid, idk. good luck.

Yeah, I think some are forgetting this is still a test of the new system, they have a lot of kinks to work out in 5 days before they roll it out worldwide.
The AFK check is some bullshite though, they need to remove that. Tons of people play a game in the background during queue and champ select.
