Passive
Unique – Cleave: On-hit you deal 5 (+1% of your maximum health) bonus physical damage to your target and 40 (+2.5% of your maximum health) physical damage to all enemies in a cone behind them. (385 range).
Active
Unique – Crescent: On your next attack, Cleave's damage to all targets is increased to 40 (+10% of your maximum health) and the area of effect is larger. Activating Crescent resets your attack timer. 20 second cooldown
Sterak's Gage
Stats
+500 health
+25% base attack damage
Passive
Unique: Upon taking at least 400 to 1800 damage (based on level) within 5 seconds, you gain Primal Rage for 8 seconds. 45 second cooldown.
Unique – Primal Rage: Gains increased size, +25% base attack damage and a shield equal to 30% of your maximum Health that rapidly decays over the duration.

Was bad enough a lot of champs could get away with one damge item then full tank and still be able to melt everyone.

Skarner is currently so OP , Meddler stated he is going to get hotfix nerfed next week.
ban or first pick him in all your games.
mordekaiser is pretty out of control too.
He will push almost any ADC into turret with waveclear and sustain, outfarm you, outsustain you, then go get a dragon pet to siege.
