Will be a huge net buff for her. The AP you lose on zhonyas you get back on seraphs plus the 5% AP buff for raba. The biggest buff is the slow increase on rylais for better kiting.

I just don't understand the draw of top lane, unless you duo-que, I would never want to be top lane, EVER.
I have a 5/0/2 Sion by 25 minutes, but the rest of my team sucks so bad, we are 15-8 losing, and have to surrender at 25...
next game, the jng is camping top the whole time, I go 2/2, my team feeds so bad even without the jng being around.... surrender at 20
Like, you are your own little island, and have 0 effect on the game until team fights it seems.
That being said: a jng + top duo-que wrecks, because the jng can run the ganks on bot and mid to win those lanes, while I use my sion to just stay alive and punish the champions up there. (fond memories of rizer as xin jng or last night
)

This is why carry oriented teleport toplaners are meta.
Hecarim rumble irelia etc.
Make one good tp play to botlane to turnaround a gank and secure dragon.

yeah, that's amazing, but unfortunately when your team isn't very good at communicating, or always thinks they are "good" just before they die... :sigh:
I do need to start playing more top lane games and spending more time looking to drop into bot lane and wreck them
