so is Master Yi any good after early levels? Anyone that has this champion at my level is a little shite that is always way to stuck up for their own good

sounds about right. Also on that list would be vayne and riven players Yi is a snowball champion. He's either completely useless and feeds the enemy, or reks everyone and can 1v5 lategame.
I played him a lot at your level and had a ton of fun. Get fed early and decimate everyone.

I need to replace Quas as my top laner. I don't think he has gotten a kill since 'Nam.
Also, I played a ranked game last night when I was so drunk that I almost passed out mid game. My team lost, but I had a respectable 8/5 KDA, which I think is pretty damn impressive.

Dyrus's Rumble ults.. leave much to be desired. Watching Balls the game before play Rumble and then watching dyrus. Night and Day.

I think in that situation you just give them baron and keep holding the fort. They didn't do shite with baron and 5th dragon twice before, another baron isn't going to do anything to you again. Just keep turtling and wait for the ace with 80 second death timers.
ETA: I hated the Cass pick, though. I don't like her in competitive.
