It's warranted though. What they say is very true even if you don't like it. TSM doesn't care about their esport team.

TSM is full of nepotism and is obviously a company run by young people, they've also been Thoorin's lifeline for content years before those were even true descriptions of TSM's organization. He just doesn't like Regi and Regi returned the favor.

I don't understand how you don't hire a coach after putting out you're looking for one. So they just bring Parth back?

Of course they say no one wanted the job, which is mostly them just shite talking but after the last few coaches and how they've spoken publicly about their time with TSM I'm sure there is some truth to that.

I mean technically they did hire a coach. And it's not exactly easy to bring in anybody from outside of the US in the current climate. The TSM coaching job is still a giant job that anybody would want. TSM is one of the biggest and most successful western organizations in esports

They don't have other teams, and their one lol team has been shite for 3 years now.

And no I don't agree that anyone would want it at all. They're a mess and get bashed by every former coach for that exact reason. Scares a lot away I'm sure. Who would want to go work for an org that is no longer focused on esports and don't care about it?
They put out head coaching vacancy and hired no one. And apparently not many wanted it.
