holy shite. after creating a new character and making it through all the bullshite beginning stuff (getting a new car, the drug mission crap) i turned off my console to do something for a minute, when i turned it on, all my shite was deleted again

How do you communicate on GTAO?? I havent heard anyone talking on mic while riding around..do you have to be in a party??

there's an option where you can change who you hear or speak with.
I'm pretty sure the default is 'everyone' so if you haven't changed anything then people aren't using mics in the server you are in.

Anyone interested in ranking up/grabbing cash/getting car upgrades quickly? There is a race near the jail that takes about 30 seconds for the race (you can change the settings to 1 lap) and you get 600 reputation points plus cash. You can bet on races and we could alternate who wins so you will gain cash quickly. I mainly want to do it so I can drastically upgrade my car. In order to get a lot of the good upgrades (turbo, transmission, etc.) you have to win a certain amount of races. Each race is about 2 minutes when you factor in the setting up time and the actual race. I will host it so it is only 2 people if someone is interested.

Go into passive mode. It cost $100 and no one can shoot you while you cant shoot anyone.

I still like having the ability to attack other people especially if bounties pop up. I made probably around $20,000 last night off of bounties.

yeah its a lot harder to earn money in solo mode ever since the got rid of replaying missions.
