Can you play online but solo? Like I have a few friends who will play online with me but it will be spotty at best. Can you make meaningful games on your online character, but alone?

So does the vehicle glitch affect planes too? B/c my f16 that I finally stole is gone, after it was there earlier.

like I said I never have a problem. I always make sure they are parked correctly and doors shut properly.
I almost never drive franks charger, there are always exotics driving right past his house.
