Some announcements for today:
- Rain (PS3) got a release date for October 1.
- Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII got a Gamescom Trailer
- XCOM: Enemy Within Announced. It's an expansion to last year's game coming out in November.
- Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 got a Feburary 25th release date.
- Murdered: Soul Suspect Gamescom Trailer

There are so many good games coming out that i want to go next gen but really shouldn't. I have tons of games on pc and just counted 17 ps3 games I still want to play.

The conferences are over, but the entire Gamescom conference is going on until Sunday. More gameplay videos, trailers, and news keeps popping up.

It's bigger in terms of attendance and the number of developers, but Tokyo Game Show is also very large. That's where you'll see all the big stuff from Konami, Sega, Capcom, Nintendo, Square Enix, and Sony's Japanese studios.
