Once they announced a price cut for people that buy the PS3 version of a next gen game I knew October was out of the question.

I missed part of the conference. Did they say that Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, RIME, Helldivers, Resogun, and Shadow of the Beast are PS4 exclusives?
Not a bad lineup for PSN games.... Rapture, RIME, Helldivers, and Resogun all looked pretty good to me. It almost takes away the pain of seeing nothing new from 1st party studios.
Overall, a horrible effort by Sony. They had all the momentum in the world and they didn't do anything with it.

Rapture looks interesting, but they didn't show squat. I'm a sucker for post-apocalyptic open world games.

I know it shouldn't matter but when Sony takes those jabs at Microsoft it makes me want a ps4 less. The fan boys love it though. Also ign was bashing the camera work too, apparently that is directed by Sony or the conference.

Maybe MS shouldn't have screwed the pooch so damn hard from the start. Once they actually explained just what the frick they were trying to do I was on board with it. I thought it was great. But nope, pooch was screwed.
