I stick with 2-3 weapons, less to mod and less ammo to worry about. Also leaves room to carry lots of junk.

Anyone else think it would be cool if this game was turned into a MMORPG? You could go check out other people's settlements or attack them.

I've narrowed it down to Deliverer and my Double Shot Gauss.

But I just did that a few days ago.

I've rolled most of the game with a legendary laser as my main gun. Kellog's for hard kills. The Terrible Shotgun for mirelurks and scorpions. I had a double shot plasma that was fun but I hated using my ammo.

Tried out the maxed out gauss and it was fun.

Now I have a routine of getting caps, buying ammo so the Gauss isn't a chore anymore and far stronger than the plasma.

It can wipe out any bad guy including armored or shelled so no need for the shotgun anymore. Or Kellogs.

Deliverer for weaker foes, Gauss to the brain for harder foes.

I carry Overseer's Guardian, a modded-to-hell Laser rifle, and Deliverer. I use the other ammo types to sell and make caps, and buy whatever ammo I need. Typically just for Deliverer since that's what I use to kill a lot of easy shite. Bust out the Overseer's when I encounter tougher things. Laser rifle is there if I run out of .308 ammo in the middle of a fight, but I have yet to do so.

I got lucky and got some insanely OP shotgun very early on with bleeding. It's disgusting.

I got a freeze laser early on and that really was my main weapon until late game. Other than shotgun for scorpions and mires. .44 ammo was hard to find and the .44 is slow, so I really didn't use it much but always carried one.

It'd be cool if it was done like Dark Souls where you could enter into someone else's game and either help them out or frick shite up.

Gonna mod a suit of t51 for pure melee purposes and bust out the electrified Chinese officer sword later.

Another weapon from Cricket

I got a badass sword from a mission a while back. Think I sold it, though.

General chaos modded to be electrified and serrated is the best

Damn that looks REAL nice. Thanks

Just pulled the electrified serrated mod off the sword I had and put it on general chao's. Now I don't need to spec into blacksmith. Awesome.

In case anyone was wondering.. full BoS paint and the str chest mod gives +9 to str.

I do this. My powerful combat sniper rifle is doing great things for me at this level. .45 is abundant so I should probably drop everything else except maybe my combat shotgun. I probably have 100 pounds worth of guns on me. I haven't played in like 2 days and I'm starting to itch.

anyone else do the Pickman quest? That blade is ridiculous. It has decent damage and speed, but with the stealth blade mode that comes on it you can get it up to like 12.5x sneak attack damage (insane), plus when the situation turns into a brawl it adds 25 points of bleed damage. And each hit stacks the bleeding damage. Those health meters evaporate before your eyes.

Plus when you have it drawn it looks like Counter-Strike.

Speaking of Cricket, I just saw two Mirelurks kill Trashcan Carla outside of The Castle. Shortly after, I ran across Doc's dead body and realized I haven't seen Cricket in a long time. I thought the main traveling merchants were "essentials" and couldn't die? Wtf? Fml!

PS: frick that a-hole who tried to sell me a dog and then reneged when I agreed to buy one.

Yeah, ever since I saw merchants' health go down in battles, I've helped them out just in case they never come back.

Wow that sucks. I use her all the time to buy junk and bulk circuitry.

A BIG TIP is to make sure when setting up trade routes, you need to give your provisioners good weapons because they will constantly be under attack. Maybe even some armor. I've never armored my folks but I've seen some wearing stuff they picked up.

I've seen provisioners and traders lying on the ground but never seen one dead. I have no clue if all of my provisioners are still alive. I haven't checked to see if I have trade routes open to all settlements since I first set them.

I do run to help if I see traders under attack. So do all of my settlements. They will run pretty dang far from the settlement to help people under attack.

I randomly found and did it. It was really fun/disturbing. Did you notice pickmans face looked real odd compared to others? to me it looked overly detailed and with just a freak stare to it.

Also, that house is messed up

Vault 75 has a pretty fricked up backstory, and way of presenting it

Also a pretty useless bobblehead.

And yeah, pickman's is a disturbing place. That artwork is special.

Ok. So I have a few questions/issues. How do you scrap junk? Does it auto happen when you store it in the box? If not where do you scrap it all at. TIA
