You can’t do that with a disc because both ps4s will need a disc to read in order to play.
If you buy a digital copy, you can gameshare it between two different accounts/ps4s.

Yep. It’s an easy process and would give each person access to the digital library.
First, both of you need to deactivate as primary on your PS4s. Then, exchange logins so both accounts can be accessed on both ps4s. After that you need to activate your PS4 (found in account management) as primary under the other account.
So, in your case you would login to the other member’s account on your PS4 and then activate the PS4 as primary. The other member would do the same under your account.
I’ll try to find you a YouTube video or something that will give you some step by step stuff in case that didn’t make sense. I’m a little drunk
