Isn't just the Water Fall rift kicking my arse this playthrough
I'm playing hard my first play through and I've found 3 rifts that are lvl 12 in the hinterlands. The one by the waterfall and two in the woods. The rest I've been able to close

I've avoided the rifts over by the bears.

I almost quit at level 2 or 3 bc the waterfall rift kept wrecking me. I thought the whole game was going to be like that until I figured out I was trying to fight level 12 demons. I felt pretty dumb.

Soon you will be agonizing over which purple armor/weapon is better for a particular boss fight, or if you should use your tier3 mats to craft a brand new masterwork set of gear
Yeah loot is plentiful , and the amount you can explore without having to back for potion refills is directly related to your skill level in damage avoidance/mitigation/focus fire/itemization
Eta: And now the game really begins

This is crazy. I knew there was a lot to this game and I'd be sinking a lot of hours into it, but I keep expecting it to be getting close to the end. And yet here it is just truly beginning

I got a bit overwhelmed in Skyhold because I didn't know what I should do first.

Yup
Glad I got the deluxe edition so I can improve the place a little without doing anything

I just got to Skyhold tonight too. I had to stop playing as soon as I got there though. Next week off from work is gonna be glorious.

I am thinking about getting this for Christmas, but I will be playing on a Xbox 360. I have seen mixed reviews from 360 users. How is the game on the 360.

That is what I am playing on and I love it.

Fine for me. Sometimes textures take a few seconds to load. No other complaints really

Just finished Sera's romance quests. Hilarious.
Let's just say it involves pissing off Vivienne and the strangest gift idea ever.
