So on th character portraits and health bars, what is the gray thing that seems be on the health bar? Cassandra, and Blackwal both have it, but I can't figure out what it is.

Hopefully. I've gotten him a quarter of the way. When I get back on I'll craft one up and go after him. If that doesn't work I'll have to level up a bit.

I did what I could. I forgot they had the fire resistance potions. I'm going to equip those as well.

Was a bit over leveled (23)when I finally took on the dragons. Plus I had the regeneration potion maxed out too, so killing all of them was pretty easy.
I've loved every minute of the game through 100 hours BUT.....
I did not like the Empress Quest. I had no clue what I was supposed to be doing. I didn't like the approval bar because I didn't have a clue how much I needed, so I didn't search around much and in the end I think I sent the wrong person off to get their head lopped off.

Took down the dragon. Was just starting to run out of potions and tonics so I may not be ready for the others just yet. That quest was interesting. I didn't kill anyone.

You can make the best items with crafting but it is a pain getting the schematics and hanging on to the best material.
My main team is rolling with crafted weapons and armor. Maybe a few purple items I don't have a master schematic for.
I roll with Cassandra, Solas and Bull. Sometimes Sera if I think I will have to pick some damn locks.
That thieving perk should have allowed anyone to pick locks so I don't have to run home and grab Sera.

I agree, that quest was kind of a pain. I did enjoy exploring the castle but felt too rushed. Also eavesdropping got boring quick
Is there a bigger "ahh frick" moment than being deep in a new dungeon and finding a locked door and not having a rogue? I think not. Temple of Dirtheman (sp?) Comes to mind.
I turned Cole into a savage killing machine beast to prevent that from happening again.

My team is always Cassandra, Iron Bull, and Sera. I'm a Mage so I want to have everything else covered.
Always have a rogue on hand for lock picking.

I shuffle them up a bit but Solas is always with me. If I want two mages I'll throw in Dorian. I'm a rogue so I pick whatever tank I want after that.

Think my next char is gonna be a dwarf dagger rogue. Seems like fun with the poisons and stealth ambushes and grenades etc. And i can just respec to bows anytime I want for a new experience

He is a member of the Berasaad, the Qunari vanguard, if that means anything.
And yes, Sten does become the Arishok.
