Plus, wanted D3 PvP to keep me away from buying GW2. I might roll over to GW2 PvP now and never come back to D3.

You're reading it wrong. It'll erase your checkpoint and make you start at the beginning of your latest quest, that's it

Yeah, I've decided to level my DH instead of push forward in Inferno with my Barb.

Hell has been a nice test of my ability so far and I'm only just about to hit act 2… I can only imagine how bad its going to get in inferno...

Got my Barb to 46 and I am in act 3 on nightmare. It got easier when I started taking health over strength I adjusted my talents. I am thinking I will start back with my DH soon since it's the type of toon I like to play bst in EQ, Hunter in WoW, etc....

I can solo hell pretty easy and I can't make it past the quest after you rescue Cain in act 1 in inferno. I've rage quit several times because of elite mobs. The mobs are absolutely nuts in inferno.

Thought I'd post this here. I'm selling my weapon as I just got a new one.
1 Handed Rare Spear
292.2DPS +13-26 Damage Chip, was getting I think 309dps on my Wizard. 187-300 damage, 1.20 attack speed.
+63-119 Arcane Damage
+70 Strength
+107 Dexterity
+88 Intelligence
+400 Life after each kill
Level requirement reduced by 5 (Lvl 52)
Will sell it on here for 80K gold, paid 100K gold just a few days ago.

My monk is 54. Yeah in act 2 nightmare is when I had to start taking up some defensive skills. I started doing what I could to obtain more vit and health by act 4. Luckily for monks, my healing mantra and my mystical ally both increase my HP by about 1200, combined for about 2400. If I use my evasion mantra and use evasion skills, I can get over 50% dodge.. I'm unsure if I rather do that or use my healing mantra to increase health and health regen.. In either case, I find the key for melee is to stack up health and always keep your weapons up to date on DPS.. aka buy good blues w/high DPS off of the AH. It's about time for me to upgrade my weapons again.
But yes, the thought of Inferno frightens me.

Got my DH to lvl 38 nightmare end of act2. Shits retarded easy. I basically one shot anything but elite packs. I only use my monk to run act1 inferno for loot.

I made a shite ton of gold on my second character by not having to do crafting skillups.
Also it's really not useful until you're 60.
