How many times was Destiby designing two things at once? Trying to make sure this content is worthwhile, while also focusing on Destiny 2, will be difficult.

Luke King is probably the most talented guy Bungie has from a design standpoint. He's been promoted to head of Destiny 2. No way he does the raid for this expansion and leads Destiny 2. They'll have to divert their resources.

I need an honest opinion here, is destiny TTK and expansion 1 & 2 worth it for $30? I haven't played this game in about a year and was wondering if it's worth getting back into. I heard they made a bunch of improvements to the looting system and whatnot

It may be worth it since you've been out for awhile. I played super hardcore up until they bumped light to 335 or whatever. That's when I finally quit. Was tired of the grind at that point, especially since it took me forever to get all three characters to 320.
It's essentially still the same game, just more content that you have to do over and over.
Also, I'm not complaining. I love Destiny, I'm just on hiatus. Will likely come back for Rise of Iron, but if not I will be back for Destiny 2.

Bumping this thread. I know its fairly old but just got into it after a buddy said to join a clan with him. I was a little skeptical at first but playing about a week now with the TTK expansion and I think its awesome. Just trying to get to 335 now. Has anyone done the King's Fall raid? I thought that was fantastic. Will be getting the Rise of Iron expansion.

I can't speak for everyone, but I did it three times every week from the week after it launched to about March. Sometimes even more than three times if some other friends couldn't run it when I did.
Around the 600th time you do it you'll start to get annoyed.

Also I'm hoping they get back to the old ways with raid weapons. KF weapons look terrible IMO. If you're not familiar with any of the older raids, YouTube them and check em out.
And give us a damn vendor/vault/kiosk for old raid gear.
