Loved MW2019 and MW2’s campaign but I gotta say…watching some of the missions of this one….what the frick were they thinking? I always kind of laugh at folks who constantly complain about COD

I agree that the 2019 campaign was so good, but I’m also really enjoying this one. I’ve heard it was short so I guess that’s the only knock for me.

Im hearing its 3-4 hours and not very good. Sucks if true. I enjoyed the last two MW campaigns a lot ... enough to complete several playthroughs on realistic while I'm usually one and done.

Just finished it and it was pretty meh. Low res character models in cutscenes. Mostly open zone stealth missions with your basic cod mechanics. Nothing memorable outside of seeing some Verdansk locations.
eta: even the AC130 mission sucked and that’s usually a gimme mission for them

Meh, I’ve been playing Ghost Recon and its cutscenes remind me of a PS3 game. But that’s just Ubisoft.
This games graphics are just fine. This game looked great on PS5.

You’re only 1/3 of the way through. I didn’t quite care for the open zones. It was basically a squared off arena where you run from point to point instead of it being linear. It’s definitely not what it was hyped up to be. I said “screw it” and went guns blazing.

You can tell they took their time and spent money on the story modes for MW2019 and MW2.
The shite wasn’t even 4 hours, most of the missions sucked and just felt like glorified Warzone missions, the core scenes were mostly low res, kill off a fan fave character in an anti climatic way AND leave off on a cliffhanger. Why rush this??? I don’t understand
