In all likelihood, this will forever stay in Beta. Doing so allows them to push updates whenever they want.
Same with Warzone and games like Tarkov.

finished grinding out those longshots. that was fricking terrible.
not sure why i picked one of the worst CoDs of all time to try to complete the camo grind on. But I'll get Poly on my favorite weapons and that'll be it for me. Season 2 better bring it or I'm going to be done with this CoD.
And from what I'm hearing the 6v6 multiplayer updates for Season 2 are already disappointing. They will be releasing a map that originally came with the game? frick that. the folks playing multiplayer are the ones who actually paid for this game, not free to play. and all you've managed to squeeze out since the release of this game 4.5 months ago are re-skinned old maps? frick you IW.

if it's the map i'm thinking of, the reason it was left out was because it was a direct remodeling of a "real-life" location. similar to the race track map.
they got hit with a copyright issue for both and i'm sure it's been tweaked to be able to release it.

i don’t care. i want new 6v6 maps and since October all they have managed to release is Shoothouse and Shipment.

HOW THE ACTUAL frick? I can't get 1 single longshot with any assault rifle, smg etc. It's fricking impossible

So basically Hardcore and big maps. I think I only need 20 kills with each gun. I'm only going to do a few that I like to get my polyamorous camo

Remember...you have to complete all 51 platinum challenges before you can start the polyatomic camo grind.

Supposed to last two years so they’re intentionally drip feeding content and information at a ridiculously slow pace

I could never imagine myself grinding through multiplayer for a month just to get a different color gun. Once you get all the attachments unlocked, your job is done. Gold doesn't shoot straighter, or hit harder than a gun without unlocked camos.

we're all completely aware of this. People play games for different reasons. Unlocking camos give me something to do and work towards if I don't have anyone else online to play DMZ with.
If I were to just go try-hard in multiplayer, a 60 kill game isn't going to make my guns shoot any straighter or harder the next game.
Hate to break it to you but camo-grinding has been a thing since the original MW2.

I've learned to really like it. I enjoy my 18 out of 202 camos so far (I just started playing)(And I'm not that great at it).
