There's two stairwells leading up to the witches and you can hide in them to heal if you want.

Going through the Pthumerian dungeons, getting to the blood queen. shite gets real when you get to the defiled/cursed dungeons; they cut your hp in half and everything one-shots you.
Some dungeons filled with bell maidens and droves of fricking buffed spiders. Infuriating.

Faced Vicar a couple of times. I got it about 1/4 down before going down both times. I decided to level up a bit first. I explored the area and tomorrow I'll go back into that fight to know that sheep dog down.

She never healed with me. I treated her exactly like cleric beast. Stay close and to the side/back and just keep hacking away

I was able to kick the shite out of her early so she was only able to heal once.
The mist worked the previous time, but this time I just rushed in while she was healing and hit her enough that her overall health gain was minimal.
