I just picked up a copy from BB...no pre-order. Inside are three cards:
-Catwoman code
-Robin code
-some code for some beta? Didn't care too much about that

Can't wait to get home. I have family in for the night, so I may not get to do much more than fool around with it after they go to bed. I hope they're tired!

def not sluggish if you mash it two many times or punch to many times and then try and counter you'll get hit. You should time your next attack right after your first, as shown when you upgrade to the "critical hit" It's all about chaining together moves not just beating people down. Once I slowed down I was able to pull of a 37 hit combo.

that's total completions not just the main story

same crap happened to me, and I was like wtf, Batmans hand motion when you pull out the disruptor kind made me rethink my approach

It degrades like that regardless I believe. I'll probably restart on hard tomorrow. It shouldn't be that bad until later in the game when everyone in arkham has a damn gun.

Still playing, but the gliding takes a small amount of time to master and once you do...damn
