Seriously, DICE wants all this stuff moved to Battlelog. What brab and Croacka need to do is one join and once it says he's in, the other join through Battlelog.
They'll be surprised at how clutch it is. It's counterintuitive because it's not in the game, but once you get used to it it's handy.

Battlelog pro tip: You can copy your friends' emblems to your gallery. Click on your friend's name, click on his emblem, and it will popup and just click on "Copy to my gallery". Win.

For some reason, there is no queue at the moment. You guys are going to have to start off joining a server that has more than 2 spots available.

I think you can do it with any email address, but it will probably redirect you through Origin. Do you know if you have an Origin account? Once you have an Origin account, you can link your PSN account to it.
