I just downloaded on Xbox and am playing it now. Was the demo okay to solo or do you really have to do this as coop?

It wasn't too bad to solo the lower World Tiers in the demo, but I really struggled trying to solo the higher World Tiers.
Based on some posts on Reddit, it seems like matchmaking still isn't working that well?

I'm probably not past the demo (didn't play it) but I'm level 4 as a devastator and holy hell the skills are fun.

I got my copy and will be jumping in tonight. I had some good fun with the demo. Trickster is very fun to play.

No, I haven't really done any missions outside of the rescue jakub mission. But when I realized I'm a tank and got out from behind cover I just had so much fun blasting assholes.
My work schedule and time with wife relegates me to a 10pm start time almost every day. I can't hang like I used to and play til 2am and rock and roll at work for 7am the next day.

at endgame on my devastator. gravity leap and golem are great. i think they are not great at boss/elite killing without the bullet buff skills the other 3 classes get. still really enjoyed it.
unfortunately multiplayer is straight up broken. its peer to peer and in the 5 or so tries i always connected to someone with a red network bar.

How long did it take you to find a legendary? I'm lvl12 and still nothing yet

didnt get one until the 20's and im pretty sure it was a quest given one. found a couple in the end game expedition but most so far have been quest rewards.

how is endgame? Is it possible to solo? If you don't have a group is there a matching option?

yes you can solo thankfully because matchmaking was really laggy. its all peer to peer but no options i saw that limit ping on who you connect to.
i liked the little i played of it. 15 tiers and theres a new boss on tier 15. its like diablo 3 greater rifts. beat an area within a time limit to get better rewards plus access to the next higher tier. im only at tier 9 for now but rerolled.

Got my first epic from defeating that volcano spider/worm thing. It's an assault rifle that chains fire enemy to enemy.
Level 14 now. I'm loving how intense the firefights are, the chaos is so much fun. The game does a great job of making you think you're o.p. then absolutely owning your arse with adds. I don't die too much and I don't die very little if that makes sense. And I love that my devastator skills can be swapped depending on enemy type.

The developers just announced that they will provide an Appreciation Package for people who played between March 31st and April 11th as an apology for some of the technical issues that have been going on:

Any players outside the above window, but for whom we will have performed an automatic inventory wipe restoration are also eligible
Your highest leveled character will receive:
A level appropriate Legendary Weapon
A level appropriate amount of Titanium
The emote "Frustration", which is otherwise unobtainable at this moment in time. The irony here was not intentional but is fitting.

It's legit one of the best looter shooters in a long time, and it being free on game pass makes it a must play imo
