I thought I read that dynasties that started after a specific update would not have the coaching pts issue. Our previous version started prior to that update.
Or I could be talking out my arse and have no idea.

Oregon St takes down Baylor 42-28 in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl and finishes the season at 8-5 for the second straight season. After the game coach Willie Beamen said the team was enjoying their complementary Kraft Macaroni and Cheese and celebrating the big win.
Ready for the offseason and to get some enthusiasm back in the league.

GP, I have been really thinking about this for awhile. I have wanted to leave since the middle of the first season. I don't know what kind of offers I will receive, with the success of others and my inability to win a conference Championship (thanks to you and Peaster).
I have some nice talent coming back and the talent is still young in some positions, that will start. I think I could have a nice year next year, but it won't be much different from this season, except maybe a little better defense.
If I could get a new OC or DC with more points, that would improve things drastically.
In the end, I don't think I will have a better option.

Yeah, I have really benefited from the hiring of Kevin Sumlin as my OC. RBs are faster, line blocks better, etc.

That was part of my issues with West Virginia. My coordinators never left and I was stuck with them. I was recruiting some good players, and I think I had the best team I've ever had when we shut that one down.
The same thing may happen here at Oregon St., since I'm not really tearing anything up on either side of the ball.
I know when I played you, I was able to stop your RB a handful of times, but when I didn't get him right away; that sucker was Barry Sanders, Walter Payton, and Gale Sayers all rolled into one. He ran over me, around me and just blew by me.

Yeah, if you don't stop him in the backfield, its gonna be a problem cause he is quick as hell and has a killer spin move. Too bad its his last year.
I will play my game tonight, and we can CC tomorrow. Maybe we can try to see if they fixed the coaching glitch, so that we can get any potential new guys started before week1 of next year

When a user quits the team he was, that team cannot be coached by anyone else. I think TN84 originally took Pitt and they are now uncoachable. I could be wrong, but I know there is one team that has coach security of 0%. I think it is Pitt.

Nebraska has a lot of young talent and might be open Lau looks to be open Lsu999 but I don't think me or you have a chance with them

I think the Pitt job will be open after this season 9s.

Yea, that's what I was going to try.
However, the only way I can try is to play the bowl game. Which means it will be a decent team.

ah you right. I dont think I would worry about it, if we want to get new players just warn them that they may or may not get to XP up. they get the 20 XP to start but that may be it.
