When can I choose to give coaching points? Every time I change from default to 20 on starting coach level and back out, I go back in and it still shows default.
It is only giving me one point since I retired and came back.

We're trying to level the playing field, especially recruiting-wise, between the guys who were original members and the noobs that can't level up past 20.
Me, you, HTF and a few others are in the 40's and crushing those fools recruiting, and that's a big part of it.

Everybody might need to do this. Because right now if I recruit, I only can scout 10% for 50 points. Also, if nobody has an answer for the coaching points then the old guys will be at a disadvantage.

I got 1 for HC and 1 for both Coordinators to start. I haven't done anything to earn any yet. I didn't want to recruit, if there was a way to fix it.

There are some that don't want to start completely over. If we ever get more guys in then we will be in the same boat we are in now. We will be ahead of them and they will be stuck, not getting coaching points.
I'm confident that I will accumulate coaching points throughout the year, but I don't want to be the only one with zero.

I don't know, but I just spent a few hours messing around with conferences and schedules.
If we all retire and create a coach then it will be restarting for the most part, but you know your previous work was not for nothing, because you still have your players you recruited and groomed.

Is the point thing figured out or will it be level 0?

No you will have to redo the recruiting stuff over. That's why I haven't done it, until we figure out what everyone wants to do.

At this point I don't care, I'll just play with one point to start the season, if nobody wants to retire and rehire or start over. Just a lot of wasted time over the week if we do a complete restart from scratch.
The problems will arise again if we completely restart and new guys come in. If we just retire/ rehire the point totals should max out at 20 and would stay that way for the rest of the game's playability days and new members would eventually be on our level at 20.

I had no plans to do week 1 recruiting, where the instant commits come into effect. I just picked the guys I want to recruit.
Hopefully during the day tomorrow we can sort it out. As of tomorrow evening, I plan on retiring and starting over, so I can redo recruiting before week 1.
