this isn't real life....the recruits in this game don't give a shite about that. The big recruits are going to go to the big time schools like Bama, fla st, Texas, USC, etc. I'm not even sure that winning national championships matter as far as recruiting in this game. Just the way they designed it and it's crap
It's more of the style of play that gets you the recruiting bonus points, not how many stats they put up. Ever notice that those points don't change throughout the season no matter how many points or yards your WR/RB/QB get??

If we have a FCS school on the schedule, I think we should be exempt from the 70 point rule for that game.

Not yet. By Christmas. Will likely just play for fun offline. My MLB The Show league takes us most of my time.

Even before the messed up schedules, I was thinking of allowing each user the opportunity to score more than 70 points for one game this season, but no more than 100 points in the regular season only.
What is y'all's thoughts on this? I have never scored 70 points in this dynasty. I've come very close once. It wouldn't bother me one way or the other, I'm just throwing it out there, to those who have asked about going over the 70 point mark.

I think 70 points is more than enough. Its gotten to the point where the awards are just stupid anyway.

I think the 70 point rule should stay and what you mentioned about the one time thing is what we have in place now. One time overe 70 is a warning so that is good for me.

I'm in favor of keeping the 70 point rule as is. None of my players will ever win the Heisman b/c I don't try to run up stats with any of them. I only play to secure victory

I will try to keep it under 70 against the FCS team. My kicker better stretch good, I've got a feeling he'll be kicking a lot of FGs.
